Your set-top-box comes with a twelve month hardware warranty. Normally nothing goes wrong in the Dish and the LNB. However, your dealer shall give you free support after installation for 60 days.

INR 700 Box Swap Charges (if set-top-box is out of warranty period) + INR 200 Technician Visit Charges (if Technician Visit is out of warranty period) + Hardware charges (if any)
Refurbished set-top-box will be provided to the subscriber in case of set-top-box replacement/swap, with 180 Days warranty on swapped/refurbished set-top-box.
