Mr. Manoj Dobhal (DIN No - 10536036) is an Executive Director on the Board of your Company. Mr. Dobhal joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer- DTH Business on October 11, 2022. Mr. Dobhal was elevated as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on August 23, 2023.

Mr. Dobhal is an enterprising leader, effective in high profile executive roles in well-established organization & Startups. He is proficient in overcoming complex business challenges and making high stake decision and having process technocommercial experience across all sphere for scalable & sustainable business development. Mr. Dobhal has more than 24 years of experience in setting the vision & Strategic plan for developing business and amplifying business margin through long term planning across all business segments of FMCG, Telecom, Consumer durable, DTH, Broadband and Media distribution.

Mr. Dobhal comes with a rich experience in DTH industry in India and overseas. He has managed various aspects of business across industries including Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Customer Experience, Field Service and Business Process Automation. He has worked with various organization including Colgate Palmolive India Limited, Vadilal Ent. Ltd, Dabur India Ltd., Reliance Communication Ltd. Tata Play Fiber etc. Mr. Dobhal is a MBA (Marketing) from Apeejay Institute of Management, Delhi and B.Sc. (Hons.) in Electronics from University of Delhi.

Rajeev Kumar Dalmia, joined DishTV on January 5, 2007. He is responsible for managing the financial risks of the Company, financial planning and maintaining Financial Records of the Company. He is a qualified fellow chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta. Rajeev has a vast experience of over 28 years in diverse organisations including Petrochemicals, capital markets and Textile industries. Prior to joining DishTV, he was senior vice-president - finance of South Asian Petrochem Limited from September 2000 to December 2006.

Ranjit Singh, Chief Legal & Regulatory Office and Chief Content Officer joined Dish TV on December 24, 2004. He is also the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He is leading the Legal, Regulatory, Secretarial functions of the Company. He is also leading the Content Acquisition role for the Company. Ranjit has more than two decades of work experience having worked with FMCG, Electrometrical and Software Firms.
He is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a bachelors degree of law from Delhi University. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Company Secretary of Parsec Technologies Limited from November 2003 to November 2004.

Mr. Veerender Gupta (DIN – 00420087) is an Executive Director on the Board of the Company. Mr. Gupta is also the Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Mr. Gupta has a vast experience of over 33 years in various functions. Mr. Gupta has been actively involved in diversified roles with the Company which included Business Management, Usage and Retention including subscriber management services, Information technology, Broadcast operations, Call Centre operations. Mr. Gupta possesses strong General Management & Leadership skills with rich and varied experience in sectors like - Media, Direct to Home Services & Information Technology. Mr. Gupta is also heading the OTT division of the Company and is also part of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Gupta’s experience/ qualification comprises in areas relating to Strategy and strategic planning, Policy development, Risk and compliance oversight, Executive management and Commercial experience etc. Mr. Gupta’s Key Skills comprises of Strategy and strategic planning, Policy development, Financial Expertise, Risk and compliance oversight, Executive management and commercial expertise. Further, his expertise / competence in the Broadcasting Industry comprises of

Product Delivery, Technology Innovation, Client engagement, Community and stakeholder engagement and Marketing & Communication. Mr. Gupta spearheaded the evolution of technology from managing one satellite to three satellites, establishing one conditional access system (CAS) for the platform to four such systems, Simulcrypt signals to three satellites and managing the coordination and synchronisation of MPEG 2, MPEG 4, Android, Connected boxes, in a seamless manner over the last ten years.

Apart from the Company, Mr. Gupta holds directorship in Target Technologies Private Limited, Diginext Education Private Limited, Teken Shipping Industries Private Limited, Takeworkz Consultants Private Limited and E-City Bioscope Entertainment Private limited.

Amit Kumar Verma is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from October 1, 2024. Mr. Verma is a seasoned professional with over two decades of rich experience in finance, taxation, fund raising, financial reporting, compliance & control and treasury management. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing key financial functions including business strategy, banking and treasury, financial planning, annual budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and taxation and has been instrumental in handling complex direct and indirect tax litigations and standardizing processes.

Mr. Verma is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in law and business administration, along with various certifications, including International Financial Reporting Standards from ICAI. He has been associated with the Company since January 2010. Prior to joining the Company his professional experience includes roles at CNBC TV18, MTNL, and Ray & Ray Chartered Accountants.

Sugato Banerji is presently designated as Corporate Head – Marketing (d2h) with the Company. In his current role, he is responsible for planning & implementing Brand strategy for d2h, driving package and pricing, generating Revenue through E Commerce and Digital Marketing, conduct Market research for d2h and build Brand equity of d2h brand. He had been associated with Videocon d2h since 2016. Prior to joining Videocon d2h, he was associated with companies like What’s On India, Airtel Digital TV, Standard Chartered. During his stint with SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited, he was the Head Brand & Corporate Communication. He has more than 26 years of experience. Mr. Banerji is a Post Graduate in Business Management from IIM Bangalore.

Sukhpreet Singh, has been associated with Dish TV since 2016 and is presently designated as Corporate Head – Marketing (Dishtv) with the Company. In his current role, he is responsible for planning & implementing Brand strategy for Dish TV, package construct & pricing, manage Interactive Channels of Dish TV, Corporate communication, Media buying and build Brand equity of Dish TV. Prior to joining Dish TV he was associated with companies like Dabur India, Gillette, Dalmia Group, Whirlpool, Kansai Nerolac. During his last stint he worked with Samsung Electronics India in the capacity of Director Marketing - CE Business. He has more than 20 years of experience. Mr. Singh is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from International Management Institute.
